We recommend choosing your size according to our size charts found on our SIZING page in the menu found at the top and bottom of our site. 

Yes! Should you choose the wrong size we will gladly exchange it for you. We offer up TO 2 free DOMESTIC shipping label exchanges. We cannot exchange International orders. After that customer pays for any returns/exchanges.

Please contact us using the form below or email us at info@myrenewedfaith.com with your order number letting us know you’d like to exchange a product. Please include the size you would like to exchange it with. We will either 1. Send you a pre-paid return label to the email you provide if you've purchased our product through a collaboration (like Fit Boxx) or 2. ship you out your correct size right away with a return polymailer bag and label attached. All you have to do is place your item that you'd like to exchange back in the bag and place it in your mailbox within 7 days of receipt to avoid an extra charge.

WE OFFER FREE DOMESTIC RETURNS ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

• Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product
• Product must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in the condition it was received, with tags on and in bags they were received in
• All sale items and international orders are final (you may exchange a sale item or receive store credit)
• Return is provided with the shipping fee deducted from the refund
• We reserve the right to adjust a return if the item is not received in the original condition

We DO NOT take responsibility for any damages that may occur from natural wear & tear by customer past the 7-day return period. Items that are sent out have been thoroughly inspected by our team to make sure they have no defects or issues. Should you feel that any defects after the 7-day period are beyond natural wear & tear, let us know.

**On special occassions, we may send you a one-time replacement on items that have been severely damaged after wear and use by customer due to garment malfunctions. Please send us an email with a picture to let us know if your item becomes damaged beyond normal wear and tear.**

We currently offer three fabric choices in our BBNP workout collection: FLEX, LUMINEX, and LUSTER.Our workout shorts come in our buttery soft FLEX fabric, our shinies are made out of our Luminex fabric, and our at-home cozies come in our LUSTER fabric which is thinner and lighter, almost like underwear.

Our shirts are made of a high quality triblend fabric: poly, cotton, rayon.

Yes! We ship worldwide. If our site is not allowing you to purchase, let us know and we can make sure the country you reside in is unblocked. Sometimes our security firewall blocks certain countries. We will gladly make sure that it is unblocked.
